Amazing workers that are extremely attentive and helpful. I will go here any day before any other hardware store. They have a wide variety of things considering how small the store is! :)

Excellent customer service, clearly marked and laid out floor plan. May be a bit small, but they have a variety of stock for their size! Definitely a good experience and very good prices.

Monsey said “Hello” before I was even completely into the store. She asked my needs and escorted me to that section in the store and continued to help me search for the products I needed. She was very sweet and caring. Also heard the other employee (male) talking to a customer and he was very knowledgeable and thorough towards the customer he was with. Will definitely shop here again!

I freaking love this place!!!! I'm a tradesman and I've been in a few times in the past few weeks. It's really odd to see females know exactly what you are looking for and where it's located in the store. 5 stars is not enough on this review. This staffing is better than any big chain store hand down

I needed three things this morning. They had all three, even though two items were pretty strange. For all the things I may need from now on, this is my store! PS, the dark windows make them look closed, but they are very open, very well stocked and have very helpful employees to help. My new favorite store!

Allen is the most helpful person. He knows why a whizz nut and a flange nut are both different yet the same! The store is now well stocked and everyone knows where everything is! And they HELP you.

today i rushed into Riverside Hardware needing 3 copy’s of my house key made. i choose this place because i was hoping i would be in and out & wouldn’t have to deal with a kiosk or superstore. i was a 1000% correct! great work, great price, and great customer service. i am a not a people person but i truly enjoyed my small talk with their staff. they don't know it yet but they have made a returning customer for life!

A tucked away gem! They are stocked with all the things your local Walmart carries except they offer amazing customer service to go along with it. The women working knew exactly where everything I needed was. There wasn’t any hesitation or “we might have it” I really appreciated the employees kindness and willingness to walk me to the area I needed to be and help me select exactly what I was in there for. The prices were comparable to what Walmart charges for the items I was shopping for. Please consider shopping locally at Riverside Hardware when looking any hardware items.

I needed nuts, bolts, washers & lock washers to do some custom work on my Teewing X5 electric scooter. The young man there got all of it for me & it worked perfectly! He also kept track of the prices so I didn't even have to write down everything. I don't think I've ever had such great service at a hardware store before in my life & I'm 60 years old. I believe he's the owner's son but this young man knows the store very well & he knows what he's doing. I will shop at this store again for sure. Thanks & thanks to that young man for helping me! 👍🏽
